Hi there,
My husband has 68K in private student loans through US Bank (5 different loans). We've been paying a collections Agency for over one year for these loans, unfortunately every month US Bank still reports as past due for these 5 loans.
I tried disputing directly through US Bank because I didn't think loans were allowed report as past due if they were in collection status. US Bank responded and advised that the account was reporting correctly as "Past Due with Delinquencies"
Can any one else give any insight to this?
