US Dprtmnt on Edu or Great Lakes? Help please

I have some lates that I am going to send out GW for my student loans. I have a question about who I should send them to. On my CR it shows  USDOE/GLELSI , I make my auto pays to Great Lakes so do I send the GW to them or to USDOE to get the lates removed?
