What happens..

Does anyone know what happens to a professional license if the person in question defaulted on their student loans. This person lives in Texas. My boyfriends ex wife apparently hasn't been paying on her student loans, and we have been getting calls from collection companies asking for her. Should we give them her address and phone number. We've told them many times that She and him got divorced in 09, and there is no reason from them to have our number.
