It looks like you have one or more defaulted federal student loans. They were transferred to a collection agency (the American Student Assistant company listed on your reports) and that is who you would contact now about payments and options to rehabilitate or consolidate the loans and get them out of default. I would contact them, and also check for any other loans on the National Student Loan Data System (nslds.ed.gov) to see if you have other accounts out there and who might be holding them.
The NSDLS will clarify exactly how many federal loans you have, who currently holds them, and how much you owe.

Thanks for your quick response. I have logged on and its showing only one loan with an outstanding balance of $605 listed as defaulted, unresolved in 06/12. It also lists the current guaranty agency as asa, current lender suntrust and current servicer acs. Which one should I contact?
You would call ACS as they are the servicer.
Also check www.myeddebt.com which should list your loans that are in collections.
I count 3 loans listed above. You have 1TL for the original loan and then another TL for the susequent collection account. The last one is a little more difficult to figure out what's going on.
