"ACCOUNT INACTIVE"

I have a student loan account that is reporting as "account inactive". What does this mean? Is it bad? Does it affect my fico?

Does it have a zero balance? 

The HEA requires SL servicer's to report at least annually-

Inactive on an installment account is not going to hurt your score-

If Inactive was on a revolving account- the CL would be excluded from UTL-

Where it says balance there is no number. The only thing that shows is acct #, date opened, DOLA, and then it says account is inactive.
