oh 7 navient loans went into default,i rehabbed them month ago,some come off some stayed on as far as lates r removed after rehab,im still trying,my question is on my original navient loans that went into default,it says last payment made was 4/25/2013,but when you look at payment history the 90 day late is jan/2014,,120 day late starts dec 2014....thats 9 months from last payment on 90 day late,8 months on 120 day late,which makes no since to me,if i cant get these removed cause of rehabb when is my lates gonna start falling off in 7 years 4/25 or dec 2014?.got all navient removed from EQ,EX changed 120 day late to unknown transfered to another company,TU is only one with 120 days late,navient ceo did say he told credit agencys to remove permately assigned to goverment and people say that will help a littl on score.
