FL_N8iv,

You are an inspiration. If only I could see the 700s again. I am optimistic. Did you get a convential mortgage in 2008?

Thank you sjohns77!

My primary objectives after I graduated & got a job were to pay down my CCs balances & purchase my first home.  It took 18 months of sacrifice & determination, but I was approved for an FHA loan at the best rates in 2008.

Continue to build a positive payment history & keep your utilization low (best target is less than 10%) and as your accounts age you will see 700+ before you know it!  All the best to you!!!

Goal Score: (12/31/13) 800s across the board (10-15% util)

Rough May, holding steady with my 572. Praying to make it to 600 by the end of august. Working on 4 pay for deletes, and to 2 Goodwill letters. So hopefully in the next 6-8 weeks I see some improvement!
