My sig pic isn't posting. Anyone know what I can do to fix it?
My goal is to approve my credit and finace a vehicle at a low interest rate..I have 3 cards which I pay off ever month and keep under 30% usage....I'm not sure if I'm doing this correct.. where do I get my fico scores to post...
Hello All,
2012 is the yr. i reach the "700 Club" & remain there by June 2012 i want to be @ least "710"
Current Scores:
Equifax: 659
TransUnion: 684
Experian: 697
Currently i have 3 CC, a line of credit, and installment loan totaling: $ 8142
Balance Credit Line
C1: Discover: $2142 $2500
C2: Chase $1200 $1800
C3: Citibank $500 $1500
Line of Credit: $700 $1500
Loan: $3600 Original Loan: $5000
which should i paid of first to get a quick bump in my score in the next month or so.?
Plan A: i have $2600 that i plan to disperse btwn the 3 CC's and LOC, i was going to allocate the $2600 to bring the balances on the CC's & LOC to $500 << good idea?
Plan B: wipe the balances of chase, citibank and LOC and pay on Discover(has highest apy of 18%) monthly << good idea? im thinking 1 CC balance & Loan looks better than 4 Lines of revolving credit with balances & a Loan
What Should I Do, Any ideas???

Hi carmeldelight79,
It seems as if you should be receiving low interest rates now with an 800!! You have such a high FICO now that 850 is right around the corner. Welcome aboard all the same!!

If I were you, I would focus on paying down each CC to under 25% of the CL's. Lower if possible.
Also, all of your CC's should be below 25% of your total credit limits combined.
You're at:
86% on your Discover (25% = $625 or less )
67% on your Chase ($425 or less)
33% on your Citibank ($375 or less)
66% overall on the credit cards. (Total on all cards should not exceed $1450 based on based on cummulative of $5800 total CC limits)
Hope that all makes since.
Good luck
Thank you for your suggestions, so plan A is the best option than for if i pay down to $500 ohn the three cards ill b jus under 30% which is a start

Hello,
Every year I pick one self-improvement goal, and this year like others here, it's improving my credit scores. In the past year my income has improved, and I am in a great position to take my finances to the next level. I have a horrible credit past, and last year with my scores in the high 500 or so. However I must be headed in the right direction, now my scores are in the 620-640 range, and somehow my score is 709 from TU. These days I have a high income, but low bills, which puts me in a position to do some really great things financially this year. My goal is first to purchase my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited early next year with a great down payment, and a low loan rate. My question is if I do all things right, how much can I really see my scores go up? My big goal is to purchase a house in the next 5 yrs, so I'm trying to see the big picture and plan properly.
