Try to pay 5-9% first before your billing cycle end, after your billing cycle post on your report paid that balance off. The time frame from your due date and your billing cycle date should be around 3-4days i suggest you dont use your card on that time frame.
Then the following month try to pay and leave your balnce 1-5% and repeat the step . See if there any different. As I mention above everyone tradeline is different, some get better scoring with unlization with 5-9% balance then 1-5% but some the other way. in another words please around the % of 1-9% see what % is best for your tradeline.
