2 questions about credit report ratings

1. Let's say a car note is on a credit report showing last updated in November 2012, how does that record get rated by fico?

2. does "unrated" on a tradeline mean that fico is not counting it in the fico calculation?

1. depends on whether its marked "paid as agreed" or not ...if it is then its an aged positive in both the payments and aging calculations

2. afaik, no ..."unrated" generally means that the account holder isn't reporting current status for some reason ...it still will count in the calcs for tradelines, AAoA, CLs, etc but probably not in the payment calcs
