1. depends on whether its marked "paid as agreed" or not ...if it is then its an aged positive in both the payments and aging calculations
2. afaik, no ..."unrated" generally means that the account holder isn't reporting current status for some reason ...it still will count in the calcs for tradelines, AAoA, CLs, etc but probably not in the payment calcs
