3 collections removed why hasnt score gone up

Okay its been about 3 weeks, and I am wondering, is there a reason my equifax score hasnt improved since the removal of 3 accounts?  I called them and asked if it improved right away and they told me it does.  How long does this usually take?  Smiley Sad

Re: 3 collections removed why hasnt score gone up

Was this your only 3 collections?  Have you verified that they came off of your report?  What other baddies do you have?  How old were these collections?

In some cases if you have a lot of collections removing 3 won't cause a score change.  Also if you newer collections and removed 3 old ones it could cause the score to stay the same.

Thanks Shogun, you and Jamie are certainly encouraging.

Their are 5 collections left.  Two from over 4 years ago.

3 from  within the last year.  The ones that were removed two are from within the last year, and one from 2010.

This is what is left, I have a PFD letter for the 156 and the 92.00 will be removed once that is paid.
