FYI,

My AmEx Zync just reported this morning and my fico score dropped 10 fico points for the new account.  Now my score is 727.  I am very pleased with the results of my mini app spree.

More than likely it will bounce back next month. May I ask what type of car loan did you get ftom PSECU? Was it a blank check?

Happy to hear that your score hasn't suffered much! I opened four new accounts this month (USAA Plat MC, AMEX PR Gold, AMEX Zync, & Citi Diamond Preferred), so I'm wondering what will happend to mine as well. Smiley Surprised

I'm done with apps for six months at least.

No, I am refinancing my own car which is currently only in my husband's name. With a private party purchase, they will only finance the market value of the car which turns out to be only about $300 less than the loan amount.
