I received an alert today from Eq's SW saying that my status changed on my Direct Loans account from PAST DUE: $0 to PAST DUE: N/A and I had a 5 point score increase. What is the difference? I'm not complaining, just curious!
Thats strange. I saw something similar too on my CR. I guessed if no data FICO assumes all possible points. I don't know though. I had this report as NA on one CRA and $0 on the other. The NA got a higher score. I would like an answer too.
