60 day late fall off -- beginning or end of the month?

EX is reporting a 60 day late for the month of Sep 2010. Otherwise, my credit history is clean.

I have read that one could expect 60 day late being treated as 30 day late after two years. I'm wondering when  I should expect a score bump. On  1st Sep  or 1st Oct of 2012?

This will help me plan my credit card application. Thanks!

Usually items will age at the end of the month, so you should see any increase in Oct.

Starting Score: EQ 549 (5/2012) | TU 594 (7/2012)
Current Score: EQ 618 (9/2012 Lender Pull) | TU 648 (9/2012 Lender Pull) | EX 599 (9/4/2012 Lender Pull)
Goal Score: 700
