766 Do I need to increase this?

My credit score is about 766 ish. Should I keep doing what I am doing or try to raise it more? Is that a good score.

You've got a great score! It looks like you're in the top tier for any kind of loan rate, so I wouldn't worry about it.

I wish I was in the 700's!  Did you also pull your reports?  and is the 766 a Fico score? 

At 766 your within spitting distance of 800.  There might be some easy moves that could get you there.
