how much of a score decrease should i be expecting? just came off of a app binge as new accounts are being added my fico is loosing points just added 25k in revolving debt. and 15k loc..as of now only planning to use the accounts and PIF to keep them alive
Depends on a lot of factors including thick or thin file
A thick file may see very little change whereas a thin file could bottom out
But in general you can expect:
2-5 points per HP
2-5 points per new TL reporting
As always YMMV
The good news is either way in 5-7 months you should recovery the loss and within say 12 month's your file should be even stronger
on my eq ive had 4 HP loss 1pt but now the account are being inserted 2 new accts cost me 4pts so ive lost 5pts so far and i have 6more accts to go...
i have a 2yr old BK ive been rebuilding for the last 24months. im def not app for anything more.
