Call the CRA and tell them you don't dispute the account.

That's a perfect example as to how sometimes the alerts don't correlate to specific score changes.

OMG...The same thing happenned to me! On 8/01/11 my EQ score was 635, on 08/03/11 it dropped to 601, and on 08/04/11 it dropped again to 594. I submitted an online dispute to EQ on 07/26/11 and this is the ONLY activity that has happenned.

Please share with us your findings on the reason your score dropped so much.

OP....nothing changed on those TLs per a dispute and the two dates look the same. Something else happened. I'd pull your EQ from somewhere to see if anything was added.
