AU "not considered" in any factor

There is one or more recent threads on this board discussing the pros and cons of adding AU.  However, in the Score Ingredient Attribute screen on this web site, a pop up note states for all factors that AU are not considered.  See picture.  Is this wrong?

It's considered in my case. My mother recently added me to one of her 18 year old Sears accounts and it made my scores (real Fico 8 scores) go up roughly 30 points, due to AAoA and utilization improvements.
