I just pulled up my CR yesterday and almost got 700 with 90% util. No late and only 7 years credit history but really only 4 years because there is a CC that was opened and the closed or cancelled by grantor 3 years before my first CC and I don't remember applying for one. I can probably dispute that but I think it is helping my score. Just got user authorized account(which wasn't reporting for awhile) deleted which carried a balance of $3800/$3900 after the 10/23 CR. I think it increased my scores by 10 points. Disputed some stuff with EQ which what I think made my score get back up.
11/11/07 TU-692, EQ-677, EX-687 w/92% CC Util
10/23/07 TU-682, EQ-643, EX-676 w/93% CC Util
4 Open CC, 2 closed paid in full by me, 1 closed by grantor as mentioned above
CC#1 $13210/$13500
CC#2 $3918/$4000
CC#3 $4/$400
CL#4 $0/$300 (just increased to $800 not affected recent score)
2 mortgages
16 months no late
Trying to get all 3 to 720.

782 - 822 if I pay over the next 24 months my credit cards down to 0-10%.

742 - 782 if I pay half right now.
Funny thing is that $67,000 of that is my second mortgage. They count HELOC as CC on the reports I guess. I am thinking about doing a cash out refi to do some home improvments and pay off my credit cards with my scores now. I am thinking my scores will go up after the refi.

The Heloc won't report as revolving in the newer scoring models (EX)
Great isn't it!

Wait, what? Hope coming for us battered HELOC people? Do tell!
