I applied for refinance my car loan my interested rate was 23.99 and I was approved by my local CU for rate of 3.9 I asked them what is my score and I was told it was 714 FICO score pulling from Experian. Now I have updated and re-fresh my FICO score here and Experian score are 630.
Question is does anyone know what model does my local bank use? I ask the rep she doesnt know what's the model they are using, but it said FICO score on it and pulling from Experian.
Without a bank/CU name, no one is going to be able to answer the question. Just a guess is they are using EX Auto Enhanced model. No idea on FICO 04/08/other. CU's often use older FICO models, but ymmv.
The industry specific FICO scores typically have a score range of 250-900.
EDIT:
If they gave you a score range, you might be able to narrow it down with:
However, often the score ranges given are not 100% accurate.
the local CU is RTN credit union. its a very small but they offer very good interest rate.
