Ok, need some help. I have been so good the last two years . My inquiries were 0, 1, 2 respectively on my three credit reports.
My current vehicle is 11 years old with 221K miles. I finally went to the Infiniti dealership and looked at certified preowned car. I had preapproval from USAA at 3.9, but the dealership said they could give me 60 mos at 2.9%. So I said Ok and filled out an application. I got 10 alerts today on new inquiries. I pulled my credit reports from Equifax and now they show 3, 6, 3 inquiries respectively. I thought if they ran multiples on one day, they were only supposed to count for one. Equifax added one, Transunion added 5 and Experian added two.
How will this affect my score?
