Big difference in scores

How can I get my TransUnion (553) score and Equifax (464) to match?  I pulled my reports and they are pretty similar. This is not fair that the scores are so different.

Re: Big difference in scores

No one's FICO scores match perfectly, because each credit bureau commissions its own FICO scoring formula, and there are slight differences in how things are weighted. Also, except for people very new to credit, each report tends to have different info from that on the other reports --accounts are missing, or dates are different, or balances vary, etc.

Are you actively working on your credit? If you haven't already, please read Understanding Your FICO ® Score and Credit Scoring 101 (at least the first post.)

These will give you the background knowledge you need to understand what you read here on the forums.
