Disregard thh scores on TC they are Known as FAKOS... The ony scores that matter are FICO scores from MyFICO. They are the ones that will match up with your lender. The CRs are the reason you sign up for TC.

Look VERY long and VERY hard for ANY inaccuracies in the reports and start the dispute process.

I think the scoring system includes the dollar amounts that are reporting from collections and charge offs also as a part of your revolving credit.  As long as they remain unpaid they are a part of your debt ratio.  I figured this one out too.  Had similar reporting.

Ask for a PFD if they agree get it in writing, then send the payment.
