C.C. Reporting and scores??

So common knowledge on here is one card report less than 9% util and all others at 0 for optimal fico. This month I had 3 report balances, all low, util still around 5%, but had an 8 point bump. Thoughts??

YMMV

1 card reporting 0 bal

tried 9% no change

tried 6% +20 pts

Trying 5% this month will see

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?
