CC's are paid off what do I do now to raise the score

I just pulled my FICO and it shows all my CC's paid off, however my scores are TU 691, EP 662, and EF 641.
I have no collections, but I do have 1 CC that had a 30 day past due back in 2005. I have student loans that are still in deferment, two car loan, with one having 3 years of history, and 4 installment loans from banks, and department stores.
What can I do now to raise my score even further. I want to get all of them at least in the 700+ range.

myFICO is the consumer division of FICO. Since its introduction 20 years ago, the FICO® Score has become a global standard for measuring credit risk in the banking, mortgage, credit card, auto and retail industries. 90 of the top 100 largest U.S. financial institutions use the FICO Score to make consumer credit decisions.
