Can someone please explain this for me?

I pulled my TC today and I was pretty excited that a judgement from 2002 was removed from my Experian credit report.  TC showed a score increase of 67 points, so I was motivated to pull my FICO in hopes that my 688 score would far exceed 700.  I was pretty depressed to see that it actually fell to 668. 

Any Ideas?

I have one collection and one 30 day late pay both from 2001.
