Ok, in July 2010 I had all my debts discharged. I stayed in my house and as always to this day remain current.
Now we have decided to move soon to a new place, new mortgage. I have had two credit cards since the 7 was over; all paid perfectly, although one has a high balance. So my score is 575. My mortgage is my being reported at all and it's doing me no good.
I need to know if I stop paying my mortgage, and they foreclose, what will that do to my credit and prospects of another loan?
