Chargeoffs due to BK

How do I get rid of a charge off that is becaue of BK?

Pull your myfico.com report and dispute every chargeoff and other account included.  It should be corrected to show balance 0 and "included in bankruptcy" in the report.
 
I did it and my score went up 60 points immediately.
From BK to 700 FICOs in 4.5 yrs.

Really?  Wow.  That is great.  Could use 60 points.  Concerned that if I dispute now that it will hurt us because we are trying to refinance.  Am I right?
