Chase Sapphire Scoring???

How is chase sapphire card scored? I have a 5000cl, with option to go higher, amt over cl must be paid in 30 days. On CR, current balance reports, but not any credit limit. Current balance is 3250. Does that mean fico is scoring this card at 100% utilization

If it is like other signature cards out there, then the util on that CC is factored in by the balance in relation to the "high balance".

Researching on the internet, I read TU scores signature cards different from EQ and EX.   If true, I am assuming that would accunt for the 40 point difference in scores. Can anyone confirm?  The only way to benefit from the 5000 cl, visa has assigned, would be to charge the max, then pay within the cycle. Fico would then see the cl as 5000?  Somehow that does not seem fair.
