I just received my card and information yesterday from citi but didn't get a score? May I ask where did you find yours?
Thanks
When I recently was approved for my fourth AmEx, I received a letter in the mail from AmEx Congratulating me and in the letter it said "We have provided you with your EX FICO that we partly based our decision on" I have never received a Congratulation letter from AmEx before so I don't know why I got this one, but I am happy I did, now I know my EX FICO.
So maybe that's where the OP got his/her score, I'm not sure, maybe the OP will post an answer for you.
On the 4th page of my "congratulations" letter.
Page one was a welcome letter from Ken Stork
Page two "facts about interest and fees
Page three was info on what is a credit report, and the fact that they used experian
Page four told me my score
i believe in fact that its a new law where a person applying for credit must be given there credit score either on the spot or in a letter in the mail.

New credit score disclosures began July 21st, 2011. Regulations require lenders to provide a credit score and related information when they deny a consumer's request for credit or provide credit with less favorable credit terms than other consumers with better credit histories. To read more about this subject go to ScoreInfo.
