I was thinking about requesting a credit increase with my Citicard to lower my total debt to credit ratio...
So I was filling out the request thing and they ask a question "I allow CitiBank to look at my credit history."
Do you think this means they run a "hard" check on your credit report? I always thought credit increases didn't do that...
Does anyone have any insight with this or experience? Thanks!
