Clean Reports

Assuming no new accounts no inquiries and utilization in the sweet spot how much harm would a low AAofA hurt a score? While I can't see EX anymore my TU is currently 720. It was as high as 730 a year ago. EQ stands at 696 was as high as 709 a year ago. Shouldn't a clean report with an AAofA in the 4 year 9 month range be in the mid to upper 700's given what I stated in the first sentence?

Re: Clean Reports

I would have thought so. Your average age of accounts is older than mine and my scores are higher. Unless, perhaps you have some accounts that are way older putting you into another bucket?
