Collections

I am new to the forum, hello everyone.
I have a question regarding collections.  I have wondered  if paying off collections affect my score. I have one as old as 2002.  My collections are mostly hospital bills.  Not sure if to pay old ones or newest ones first.

FICO 08 Scores (11-08-2014): EQ 818, EX 817, TU 822
All three scores were 850. Lost points for not having an open installment TL. So, BE WARNED!!!!!
