If you have a 100-point difference, and they're all from this site, that suggests different information across the reports.
If you haven't already done so, I'd suggest checking the reports for accuracy, and doing whatever you can about derogatories.
As far as the 499 score goes, a lender may be using their own formula, possibly with a different reference range than FICO scores.
It's not meaningful to compare scores based on different formulas, or with different reference ranges.
