I disputed capital one auto on my credit report, it had a 30 day late on it, well they changed it to paid as agreed now, which made my score go up 23 points, I am paying as agreed now do you guys think they will put it back to 30 days late?

There are some things FICO will not calculate while a TL is in dispute. Does that mean you should dispute in hopes of increasing your score? NO! This could easily backfire.

Collections and public records do not apply and are never exempt while in dispute.
