I just realized that my Comenity-backed cards are reporting as charge cards, instead of revolving accounts. My latest one, the Barney's card, is even reporting to TU with an incorrect limit of $800.
Is this something to be concerned about? The limits appear to be reporting correctly, but I'm still concerned.

Not really no. This isn't atypical with store cards, there's some debate as to whether store cards hurt one's score but even if true I don't think it's a truly important part of the score card regardless.
