Credit score went down on a diffrent site but not here?

Yeah, they said JP Morgan made a business decision to no keep the secured credit card program. They said, "sir, you have nothing to worry about, it won't effect your score because we will list it as closed by consumer."  I was so pissed that she said that to me I just hung up the phone.
