Did it give you a score range and more importantly did it say FICO on the notice?
SW here on myFICO is Equifax Beacon 9.0, or or EQ FICO 8 in our terms; any other score they pulled even a FICO one (there's a bunch) might not correlate.
TBH I'd view it as a blessing in disguise, can usually do better than CreditOne even sub 600
