I accidentally let a card report a $156 balance ($7700 CL) last month and I lost 11 points. DH lost 9. We both got the Score Watch alerts on 8/27.
Fast forward to 9/27...The card is now reporting a 0 balance. DH gets a Score Watch alert +9; he got all his points back. I'm still waiting for my Score Watch alert giving me my points back. GAH! 
I'm wondering if it's worth calling Equifax to find out what's up with this.
