Are these 3 the only "Classic" FICO scores or are there actually 9? As in FICO 08, 08, and 08 for each of the three CRAs?
I thought there was somethng like 49 different versions of FICO score?
Yes, there are 49 of them. I'm asking whether there are 3 "Classic" FICOs or 9.
Edit: My understanding is that other FICO scores like bankcard enhanced or auto enhanced are not available to consumers and are not considered "Classic" (300-850) FICO scores.
Of the above, which does myFICO pull?
Also I presume BEACON 5.0 is what people commonly refer to as EQ FICO04 around here?
MyFICO offers :
EQ FICO 08
EX FICO 08
TU FICO 08

You're right that there are many different FICO scores available to lenders, which we can't purchase. Many of these are industry specific, such as bank card enhanced, Auto enhanced, etc... they weigh certain accounts more heavily based on the model. Some of them have a max score range which is higher than 850.
As consumers we can only purchase the Classic FICO score ~ other specality scores just aren't available to us.
Thanks, 09Lexie and for the entire list of 49 FICO scores. I appreciate it.
There are 49 FICOs and consumers can only purchase the "Classic FICO Scores" sold on MyFico.com. The only 3 scores we can buy are
FICO Risk Score, Classic 08 calculated using the data in Equifax Credit Report
FICO Risk Score, Classic 08 calculated using the data in Experian Credit Report
FICO Risk Score, Classic 08 calculated using the data in TransUnion Credit Report
So my questions are, 1. is it possible for a lender to pull the following?
FICO Risk Score, Classic 08 calculated using the data in EX or TU Credit Report
FICO Risk Score, Classic 08 calculated using the data in EQ or TU Credit Report
FICO Risk Score, Classic 08 calculated using the data in EQ or EX Credit Report
If so, then there are more than the 3 so called "Classic FICO scores" (non bankcard / non auto enhanced) that we can purchase from this website. There are at least 9 of them out there.
I was curious because I never see my two credit scores from two different CRAs being the same even though my CRs are identical except for minor inquiry differences. Theoretically speaking though, if all three of my CRs are identical and lenders pull say FICO 04 from all three CRAs at the same time, shouldn't my score be identical? If one uses the same exact formula with the same exact input, then the output should be the same.
Also, I noticed that out of the 49 FICOs you listed, the first 16 of them specifically have "Experian" on their names which I presume means that only it can only be calculated with Experian CR. What about the other 33 though? 2. If the other 33 FICOs can be calculated using each of the three CRs, then isn't there 16 Experian + (3 * 33) = 115 different FICO scores for each person?
I understand all FICO scores have a basic goal to measure the riskiness of a person and raising one's score in general involves the same type of activities that would raise most of the other FICO scores. Really the idea is to just be less "credit risky" of a person.
So I am not trying to confuse anybody with a large number of FICO scores out there. I just want to learn more about them.
Thanks in advance!
Good thread.......First time I've seen all 49 posted in one spot.

"MyFICO offers :

TU FICO 08"
Above somebody posted a list of scores, I just want to see what those scores are actually called. I'm pressuming it's as follows:
EQ FICO 04 = BEACON 5.0
EX FICO 08 = Experian, FICO Risk Model 08
TU FICO 98 = FICO Risk Score, Classic 98
Is this accurate?

Looks like the thread 09Lexie posted confirms your understanding. I cross checked the list. You are correct.
Thanks a lot for the link. That was very useful and it answered both my questions as well.
1. There is no such thing as,
FICO Risk Score, Classic 04 calculated using the data in EQ or EX Credit Report
FICO Risk Score, Classic 08 calculated using the data in EQ or EX Credit Report
FICO Risk Score, Classic 98 calculated using the data in EQ or EX Credit Report
2. There isn't 16 + (33*3) = 115 different scores. There are really only just 49 FICO scores and no more.
Thank you so much for the clarification!
