Differences in bureau scores

Is there a difference wether or not you buy your FICO score from myfico.com or from the annualcreditreport.com websites.  I know that by region they opened it up so you can receive a copy of each bureau report from the three agencies for free and you could pay a price to see your score.  Is the credit report from each site the same?
