Do all cell phone companies cause a "hard" inquiry?

Hi..I am currently in cell phone (opposite of heaven aka he**).

So I may be trying out a couple of different ones for 14 days or 30 days each and need to cancel during trial period.

When you get a cell phone do they always run inquiry and is it the type that for sure LOWERS your FICO score?  Is it only more than ONE in a certain period (year or month or...??).
