Does Equifax simply have no charged off/paid option for status?

I just disputed my Target card charge off since it is paid. But am wondering if they truly in no way distinguish between charge offs and paid ones? Transunion and Experian make a distinction in the status.

The status line means not much (except to a human reviewing the file); each of the bureaus have slightly different reporting statuses unfortunately.  Chargeoffs with balance > $0 vs. ones at balance = $0 aren't well characterized (other than ones which aren't paid can report month after month as delinquent) but on all three a CO is still a negative.

I wouldn't worry about it the status isn't important and to your point EQ might not have a 1:1 comparable status with the other two; my paid tax lien is reported slightly differently in terms of the status field but this similarly doesn't make a difference to my score.
