Does FICO treat retail cards differently than bank cards?

I just got an alert that my balance on Retail Trade lines has increased by $23 due to my new co-branded Visa reporting.  Does FICO treat the co-branded CCs differently than regular bank cards?  What about store cards?  I know they all are considered in my UTL calculation, but is one more favorable than the other?

National Bank cards (MC/V/AE/Disc) are considered more important and carry more weight by lenders - it doesn't matter if they are co-branded such as Walmart or Old Navy, etc - but I don't think "store cards" such as Walmart or Old Navy or J Crew are treated any different as far as FICO scoring.
