The general rule is to not let more than 49% of your cards report a small balance, as at 50% a scoring penalty is taken.  For you though, in theory you'd be able to let 10 cards report small balances and not take a penalty, so if you were seeing one on EX with 8 reporting balances perhaps that less than 50% rule isn't universal.

Oh huh....I see so maybe in my case with the 8 cards reporting it might have been other internal factors going on like new accounts reporting, AAoA being dropped etc, seeing that I took no hp's during that time.
