Does the FICO score calculate my score based on my credit card statement balance?

Does the FICO score calculate my score based on my credit card statement balance or does it score based on my balance due date?

FICO scores whatever is on your CR at that moment. In terms of a reported CC balance, CCs typically report the balance you had on the statement date. So, whatever was showing as of your statement date is the balance that got reported, and thus scored by FICO. There are some exceptions to the rule, but 95%+ will report the balance you had on that statement date.

myFICO is the consumer division of FICO. Since its introduction 20 years ago, the FICO® Score has become a global standard for measuring credit risk in the banking, mortgage, credit card, auto and retail industries. 90 of the top 100 largest U.S. financial institutions use the FICO Score to make consumer credit decisions.
