FICO scores whatever is on your CR at that moment. In terms of a reported CC balance, CCs typically report the balance you had on the statement date. So, whatever was showing as of your statement date is the balance that got reported, and thus scored by FICO. There are some exceptions to the rule, but 95%+ will report the balance you had on that statement date.
