For the last few years, my EQ score has always been about 10-15 points lower than my TU and EX scores. Yesterday I get a MYFico alert saying my EQ score jumped 25 points indicating I qualify for a mortgage with a 3.53% interest rate.
This is the first time my EQ scores are higher than my EX and TU scores. Hopefully they follow...LOL.

Any information yet on what caused your bump up? That's a pretty sizable one.
Congrats!

I am not aware of any info that would increase my score - I have not run my credit report in a while. Maybe some inquiries dropped off.
I don't think some inquiries would account for 25 points.

Inquiries that drop at the 2 year mark would give no points as they stop affecting Fico at the 1 year mark.
