I live on east coast in CT , btw my tu 08 and my equifax are over 110 points different. I may be that person lol. something about the 08 scoring system doesn't like me. I wish i could find out what it is , so i could fix it and help my scores improve :-(

ok thank you for that , i shall try to learn as much as i can from it.
I found our issue. Our mortgage servicer is incorrectly reporting us as 90+ days late as of 7/13. I am really, really tired of their crap. It will be fixed soon I am sure, soon to be followed by another "reporting error". I am still concerned that his comments specifically say about not having any revolving credit though. I hope that when the mortgage situation is fixed, it will not be as big of a factor.
