Equifax balance decrease and a direct massive 29 point Fico drop.

the only 2 negatives impacting my score according to the full Equifax report, are : A- " insufficient information about mortgage accounts" ( my home is mortgage free, I am 67) and B- " you opened credit cards recently"  ( one card in Sept. 2016 and 1 card in Jan 2016 , thats it since 2013 till July 2017..) But this is nothing new , as both A and B were reported month after month already prior to the sudden 29 point drop a few days ago.

I'm not sure what insufficient information about mortgage accounts means.  Is that a fancy way of saying, "no open mortgage?"  If so, that code shouldn't read anything about a mortgage, but rather just "installment loan" as that's what is recommended to satisfy "credit mix." 

I'm not sure if you mentioned it anywhere in this thread yet OP, but do you have a current open installment loan on your credit report?
